Indigo Joe’s is Seeing GREEN!
Local Sports Pub & Restaurant Prepares to
Host Its Second Annual St. Patrick’s Celebration
March 6, Suwanee – Indigo Joe’s of Suwanee is gearing up to hold its Second Annual St. Patrick’s Celebration on Saturday, March 15. The family-friendly Sports Pub & Restaurant – located at the heart of Suwanee, adjacent to Town Center Park – will play host to live Irish music, drink and menu specials, give-aways and rollicking good times. In addition to the restaurant’s popular game room and kid’s menu, there will be a roving Leprechaun present during the event for the kids. The fun begins when the doors open at 11 a.m. and continue to the “wee hours” of 2 a.m. Local Irish band, “Wine, Woman and Song”, will take the stage from 1 to 5 p.m. - and Joe’s will provide a “rockin’” evening from 8 p.m. until close for fans of Southern Rock with local band, “The Big Swig”.
“St. Patty’s is, without a doubt, one of my favorite holidays,” insists Indigo Joe’s owner, Irish descendant and Boston native, Charlene Linkowski. “In Boston, St. Patrick’s Day is an all-out, all-day festival. We want to bring a piece of that to our corner of Gwinnett County.” Having just celebrated their one-year-anniversary in the Suwanee location, the Linkowski family is looking forward to building on the fun of last year’s St. Pat’s Party. “We’d only been open four months when we had our first St. Patrick’s Celebration,” says Linkowski. “It was a great success and a lot of fun. Our customers STILL talk about it. We hope this year’s event will be even bigger and better!”
Indigo Joe’s of Suwanee is located at 3890 Lawrenceville Suwanee Road. For those unfamiliar with the California-based franchise, the restaurant prides itself on its comfortable atmosphere, extensive menu sure to please any appetite, friendly service and 20 beers on tap plus full bar. Patrons are treated daily to 40 plasma, HD and wide-screen TVs throughout the establishment, in addition to wireless voice boxes for the tables. No matter the time of year, Indigo Joe’s of Suwanee also offers its patrons a jam-packed schedule of fun nightly events – poker tournaments, trivia nights, video game challenges, Kids Eat Free Tuesdays, live music on weekends, Nascar Sunday viewing parties and much, much more. The management and staff of Indigo Joe’s invite the people of Gwinnett to join them once again in celebrating St. Patty’s, and they wish everyone the “luck of the Irish” this year!
