The City of Suwanee and local radio station, WJZZ 107.5 fm, will kick off their Smooth Jazz Concert Series in Town Center Park on Friday, May 2. Some of the country’s finest jazz musicians take the stage from 7 to 10 p.m. for a free concert in the park. But the fun doesn’t have to stop there! Indigo Joe’s Sports Pub and Restaurant will play host to an after party for true music lovers following the concert. Local band Swagger will appear at Joe’s from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m., and Southern blues-rock legend Tinsley Ellis headlines the night with a not-to-be-missed performance beginning at 11 p.m. Advance tickets are available at the restaurant in the days leading up to May 2 for $8. Tickets/cover charge at the door will cost $10.
Indigo Joe’s Sports Pub & Restaurant - located at 3890 Lawrenceville-Suwanee Road - adjacent to Suwanee Town Center Park, offers its patrons a full bar complete with signature specialty drinks plus 20 beers on tap and an extensive menu with a variety of choices sure to please any appetite.
The Suwanee/WJZZ 107.5fm Smooth Jazz Concert Series will run the first Friday of each month, May through October, in Town Center Park from 7 pm to 10 pm. Live music is played EVERY Friday and Saturday night at Indigo Joe’s of Suwanee, featuring some of the South’s best emerging bands and performers.
